This time we added hardwood flooring throughout the 2nd floor and changed from carpet to hardwood steps and risers. The entire project from beginning to end was amazing. The communication and attention to detail working with the entire team was 100% amazing.

Since 1983 Carpet Concepts is the only business I will purchase flooring material from. When we built our home in Perry Hall the Grahams were opening the store. We were pleased with the family oriented treatment we received. The products we chose wore well and when it was time to update it was a pleasure to visit “friends” to get the latest and greatest. Recently my retirement smaller home updated a laminate floor. Justin and Mike were fantastic installers. Pleasant, hardworking a good team. They left my home spotless. The team over at Carpet Concepts killed it! From providing samples all the way to following up after installation was complete, Chris was very helpful every step of the way. He worked around my busy schedule and was quick to reply to all of my questions! The installation team, lead by Justin, made light work of the 2 room installation while creating a nice even transition where a sliding door and wall used to be. This stage of my home renovation was made easy thanks to Carpet Concepts! Highly recommend

Jordan was our sales person and extremely friendly and so patient. We looked at every single brand they had until we landed on one recommended by Jordan. Highly recommend this place and their installers hunter and Donnie did an amazing job!

We had carpet installed in 2 rooms. Chris, in sales, was excellent to work with and offered insights, etc. on the type of carpet we needed for our lifestyle, etc. We were only going to get 1 room done, but he offered a deal on 2 rooms, so we said yes. We were scheduled right away with no problem. The installers were prompt, efficient, and took care when moving some of the heavy furniture that I couldn't move and protected the floors where they placed the furniture. The install was quick and looks beautiful! We would definitely use them again when we remodel the basement and install carpet.

Highly recommend! We had our engineered hardwood flooring and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring installed 18 months ago. In store help with selection was excellent. The estimate was fairly priced. The installation went smoothly. Thanks for everything!

I've been meaning to write this review for months now so finally getting around to it. I used Carpet Concepts earlier this year and was extremely happy with them. Chris was the in store salesperson I dealt with mainly but also, Mary. Chuck did the measurements. From beginning to end everything went well with this company. The installers were wonderful, on time, friendly, polite and did a great job. I had both floor and carpet installed at separate times. I will be replacing my upstairs carpet in the near future and will be using them for that too and this will always be the company I use from here forward.

I cannot speak highly enough of the installers, Ralph and Ralph. They truly went about and beyond when it came to installing my new carpet. They assisted me with moving furniture I was unable to move, carried the carpet up three flights of steps, and were meticulous in their installation. Very thankful I went with them, and highly recommend them to everyone!

I had a good experience with Carpet Concepts (CC). The purchasing experience was very easy. No hard upsells. Pricing was consistent with other options. Scheduling the install required some time but that didn't bother me. It gave me more time to prepare. The installers are contractors but they're a reflection of CC. The installers were great. They communicated well. Showed up nice and early. They were SUPER nice and respectful. Knocked out carpeting for 3 sets of stairs, 2 living rooms, and 4 bedrooms. They even fixed a couple oddball items that I've come to live with. The place looks fantastic.

We have recently had two great experiences with Carpet Concepts this year. Scott came out to measure for new carpeting throughout our house and when we met with him in the showroom, he had excellent selections for us to choose from that matched our color preferences and traffic patterns exactly and at affordable prices as well! From measurements, to selection, to scheduling, to installation,--everything went smoothly and as planned. This fall, we went back to Carpet Concepts to have our basement floor redone with LVP and Scott measured right away, we met to go over flooring choices, picked it out, scheduled, installed, and it all went just as smoothly as the first major project. I would highly recommend Carpet Concepts!

I want to start with saying my laminate flooring looks amazing! Words can't describe how happy I am with the flooring and services from start to finish. Chris and Lorrie were very helpful in helping pick out flooring that is suitable for my family's needs without pressure to up sale or even buy. I was able to bring samples to my house and time to pick what was best for us. The measuring process was so quick. Chris and Scott did a great job measuring. We have some flooring left over for patch ups but not much. Now for the install, Mike and Justin were awesome in installing our floor. The quality of work was impeccable. They really went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you all!

I had a wonderful experience using Carpet Concepts. Lorrie Pike was incredibly helpful to me in picking out soft, plushy carpet for my living room, dining room, and stairs.
I hadn't purchased carpet in 27 years and Lorrie made the experience exciting and fun. I was able to bring home lots of samples and Chuck measured perfectly.
The installers were kind and professional and I would highly recommend this place to all of my family and friends.
